The culture of a company refers to the attitudes and behaviour of a company and its employees. It is evident in the way an organisation’s people interact with each other, the values they hold, and the decisions they make. We are motivated about sharing information and engaging our employees in sustainable and social thinking.
Our dedicated CSR team
We are a multi-site company. To keep everyone hooked, we set up an international CSR team to learn from each other and not have to reinvent the wheel on good ideas. This group also organizes the CSR events to make people aware of certain CSR issues. The previous theme was waste reduction.
CSR Week
To create more awareness we created serval guideline and policies which can help the employees to make a more sustainable and social choice. These guidelines and policies come under Governance.
