We have changed our warehouse

As of 1 April, we have changed our warehouse and now all our goods are delivered from our warehouse in Poznan, Poland instead of our warehouse in Veghel, the Netherlands.

This means that you can now see two stock levels on the webshop, as an item can be both in stock in Poznan, PL and in stock in Veghel, NL. Even though both warehouses are shown on the webshop, we will always have our products delivered from Poznan, Poland. The warehouse in Veghel, NL acts as a back-up warehouse.

There are many reasons and benefits behind the switch.

• Better delivery reliability with two warehouses (a main warehouse and a back-up warehouse)
• Higher delivery quality and thus less risk of goods being damaged
• Goods are delivered directly, i.e. no stays in European warehouse hubs
• In the long term, we expect shorter delivery times

Out of stock items

If an item is sold out at the main warehouse in Poland, but appears in stock in the Netherlands, you can still order the item on the webshop. When you add the item to your basket, it will appear as partially in stock and the delivery time will be slightly longer than usual.
